At Girlhood, we believe in making new friends, exploring new places, and bonding over shared experiences.

In August 2023, Ella posted on Facebook, inviting people in Manchester to join her for a walk. The response was overwhelming, with hundreds of girls attending and many offering to help. This led to the creation of Girls Who Walk Manchester. Since then, we’ve flourished, growing to a team of over 15 ambassadors and offering a variety of events and activities to enrich your social life and celebrate all things Girlhood.

Staying true to our core, our signature walks still take place every Sunday and every other Wednesday. However, Girlhood now offers many ways for you to connect, grow, and learn, regardless of your age, gender, or sexuality.

Throughout everything we do, we truly embrace the power of Girlhood.
